About the role
- Product Owner managing Managed Standardized Service Virtual Machine, driving product vision and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on enhancing engineer experience and overseeing service delivery in a complex environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision
- Translate customer and business needs into a clear, prioritized Product Backlog
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to maximize product value
- Validate outcomes and gather feedback via reviews/user groups
- Continuously refine the backlog to align with strategic goals
- Enable consumers to migrate all non-standardized VMs towards the standard
- Provide insights and report on the progress
- Strengthen and evolve the existing MSS by identifying and proposing improvements
- Ensure a well-established provider–consumer model with clear agreements
- Lead the VM user group with a structured agenda
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience
- Agile Product Owner certification (e.g., CSPO, PSPO)
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in complex, multi‑team environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Ability to define and drive a clear product vision using data‑driven decision‑making
- Solid understanding of both technical architecture and business strategy
- Skilled in prioritization, backlog management, and delivering measurable outcomes
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across engineering, design, and business teams
- Commitment to continuous improvement and fostering team empowerment
