About the role
- Semi-conductor Program Manager coordinating projects in development of energy-efficient CPUs for HPC and AI. Interacting with stakeholders across management, sales, R&D, operations, and finance.
Responsibilities
- Analyze product requirements with the marketing team
- Work with hardware and software architects to analyze technical requirements and draw up a high-level list of work to be carried out, required profiles & resources
- Draw up the list of work packages and plans project phases
- Communicate major escalations and corrective actions to management
- Contribute to the development of new procedures for project planning, accounting, monitoring and reporting
- Promote and support deployment of methodology and tools
- Collaborate with Internal relations (Project managers, Management, Sales, Marketing, and Finance) and external relations (Subcontractors, and suppliers of product-integrated IP)
Requirements
- Minimum experience of 5-10 years in a similar position supervising technical teams, managing projects and subcontractors in the electronics industry and subcontractors in the semiconductor sector.
- Engineering degree in electronics or equivalent level of expertise
- Ability to translate company vision into executable projects
- Mastery of traditional and agile project management tools and methodologies
- Mastery of microprocessor design flow, FPGA flow or embedded software
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Fluent in English
