Responsibilities
Participate in planning, implementing and evaluating marketing campaigns and communications (digital & print)
Support the creation of content for various channels (social media, website, print) and customer retention measures (customer magazine, inserts, mailings)
Assist with events, productions (especially photo shoots and video shoots), collaborations and partnerships with brands & media
Collaborate with internal and external partners, e.g. agencies and media companies
Analyze market trends and target groups to optimize our communication strategies
Actively take part in projects, showing initiative and a sense of responsibility

Requirements
You have completed a general university entrance qualification (Abitur), intermediate school certificate (Mittlere Reife) or a (technical) school-leaving qualification (Fach-/Abitur)
You are enthusiastic about retail and enjoy interacting with people
You have a wide range of interests and enjoy topics such as fashion, beauty/lifestyle, food & kitchen
Strong communication skills, team spirit and reliability
