About the role

  • Sea Freight Supervisor coordinating customer and vendor communication at DSV. Monitoring KPIs, ensuring compliance, and managing team performance in the logistics sector.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and ensure all inquiries are promptly replied and followed up by team member in timely manner avoiding reminders
  • Monitoring, leading and maintain KPI and milestone achievement to be on the track
  • Review any incoming Invoice from Vendor side
  • Coordinate communication with Customer, Carriers and Overseas offices
  • Responsible to provide quotations as requested by DSV Overseas
  • Monitoring WIP & ACR are properly input in Cargowise
  • Encourage team by being a good example to fully comply with rule and regulation set up by management
  • Perform intervention to solve if any trouble or irregularity case
  • Oversee to check and review profit & loss

Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline but major in transportation, supply chain and logistics is an advantage
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in Sea Freight Staff position or minimum 2 years experience in Sea Freight Supervisor position
  • Good understanding of Sea Freight Business
  • Good understanding of Customs Clearance process & documentation
  • Dangerous Goods Regulation knowledge
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
  • Ability to negotiate with Carrier and suppliers
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
