About the role

Responsibilities
- Independently conceptualize, implement and manage our social media strategies across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Spotify (podcast), Twitch, etc.
- Develop and produce formats for Reels, Shorts, TikToks, highlight channels, etc.
- Repurpose and post-process livestream content
- Lead freelancer teams (e.g., editors, thumbnail designers, copywriters), including briefing, feedback and quality control
- Build new content channels (e.g., podcast, behind-the-scenes)
- Work closely with the founding team and in-house creators
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro and Photoshop
- Proven experience in video editing, publishing and format development (e.g., Shorts, TikToks, Reels)
- Highly self-motivated, organized and execution-focused
- Ability to take ownership, prioritize tasks and work in a deadline-driven environment
- Deep awareness of social media trends — you can spot what will go viral before others
- Creative eye for storytelling and tailoring content to each platform
- Fluent German, both written and spoken; English skills are a plus
