About the role

  • Internal Communication Specialist at Alpargatas shaping internal culture and executing effective communication strategies. Collaborating on employee engagement initiatives and cultural events formation.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintenance of the culture strategy and development of internal communication plans aligned with the company’s purpose and business strategy
  • Management of internal channels and creation of strategic editorial calendars
  • Design and implementation of engagement, belonging and employee experience initiatives
  • End-to-end planning and execution of corporate events (celebrations, integrations/onboarding and cultural milestones)
  • Conducting climate, culture and engagement diagnostics through data analysis and proposing action plans
  • Working with leaders and HRBPs to strengthen leaders as agents of communication and culture
  • Facilitation of workshops, campaigns, listening sessions and internal communications
  • Support for organizational change processes and cross-functional HR projects

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Organizational/Internal Communications
  • Experience structuring and evolving initiatives, campaigns and corporate communication or culture events
  • Experience with climate surveys/eNPS and analysis of metrics to generate action plans
  • Fluent English (required for projects and global guidelines)
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Business Administration or Psychology
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt tone of voice for different audiences
  • Proficiency in developing communication plans and executive presentations
  • Previous experience in dynamic or transforming organizational environments
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with leaders without formal authority
  • Familiarity with survey and people analytics tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Feedz, CultureAmp, Pulses or similar)
  • Familiarity with culture frameworks and change management
  • Desirable experience in Engagement, Employee Experience or Organizational Development
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in People Management, Communication or related fields (preferred)
  • Spanish (preferred)
