Responsibilities
- Financial business partner for several plants and entities within the Quarzwerke Group
- Responsible for the accuracy and compliance of monthly month-end closings
- Preparation of standard reports and ad-hoc analyses
- Coordination and preparation of investment and budget planning
- Preparation of meaningful profitability analyses for investments, including recommended actions
- Ensuring the profitability of the assigned entities by identifying optimization potential
- Support for group-wide sustainability reporting in the context of the CSRD
- Active participation in shaping digitization projects for reporting and planning processes
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or a comparable field
- Professional experience in financial controlling/management accounting
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP and common IT tools (Microsoft 365)
- Desirable: experience with BI tools
- Strong IT affinity
- Strong analytical thinking and a structured working style
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
