About the role

  • Document Controller supporting CAPEX Division at Bureau Veritas. Coordinating project documentation and maintaining accurate trackers for various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate computer-based records, logging distributed and received documents
  • Establish and maintain paper and computer-based document filing systems
  • Review and distribute documents in line with agreed departmental procedures
  • Process responses to documents issued
  • Chase responses to documents issued when required
  • Administer requests for information
  • Conduct periodic archiving
  • Remain up to date with all company policies and procedures, industry legislation and guidance applicable to your subject field
  • Carry out other relevant duties as required from time to time
  • Assist with compilation of client reports

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
  • Outstanding organisation skills and eye for detail and accuracy
  • Excellent in multi-tasking & prioritising skills
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and focused on exceptional customer service
  • Previous experience in document control department preferrable but not essential
