Requirements
- Support Division CFO to build governance model for effective decision making
- Guide subsidiaries to establish effective operation process meeting governance requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement internal control framework
- Perform IC self-assessment and follow up on remediation
- Escalate medium and high-risk items to management
- Guide finance team on Financial Reporting Procedures
- Propose and document Division financial guidelines
- Validate financial results monthly and ensure data accuracy
- Define appropriate profit center structure
- Conduct monthly BS reviews for accounting hygiene
- Build Division accounting SSC
- Design structure for Division SSC team
- Lead SSC team to document Standard Operating Procedures
- People management responsibility including coaching and motivating team
- Lead ERP concept team to manage Master Data
- Conduct regular reviews of Master Data with stakeholders
- Collaborate with business owners for process improvements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
