About the role

  • Business Development Specialist focused on product and process optimization at Quartierkraft, driving the energy transition in multi-family homes.

Responsibilities

  • Further develop the product and system landscape.
  • Design and implement new features and solutions across our product.
  • Evolve our CRM and system architecture (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Identify optimization potential across the entire value chain.
  • Make processes scalable.
  • Analyze existing workflows and identify efficiency levers.
  • Build structured, scalable end-to-end processes.
  • Manage interfaces between Sales, Operations, and Tech.
  • Use modern automation tools (e.g., Make or comparable solutions).
  • Integrate AI tools to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Develop automated workflows in the CRM and operations environment.
  • Continuously evaluate new technologies with a clear business impact.
  • Establish and further develop KPI logic.
  • Perform data-driven analysis of process and product performance.
  • Derive concrete optimization measures.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Some relevant experience in business development, product management, operations, or a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital processes and system architectures.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and automation tools (e.g., Make) is a plus.
  • High affinity for AI tools and new technologies.
  • Analytical, structured working style.
  • Ability to translate complex workflows into scalable processes.
  • KPI- and data-driven mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership.
  • Fast execution speed ("builder" mentality).
  • Hands-on while thinking strategically.
  • Comfortable with responsibility and making quick decisions.
  • Excellent German (C2), English at least B2.
