Responsibilities
Maintain the established artistic quality and consistency of our game
Work with the technical team and Production
Provide clear and precise feedback
Participate in organizing and reviewing outsourced 3D assets
Ensure artistic consistency between internal and external quality
Requirements
Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Maya, ZBrush, Substance, Photoshop, Perforce
Strong artistic and visual sensitivity
Experience in environment/vehicle/weapon areas (modeling, texturing, shading, and optimization)
Deep knowledge of High/Low poly pipeline and PBR material workflows (Physically Based Rendering)
Solid understanding of real-time technical constraints (memory, GPU, CPU performance)
Positive attitude, team spirit, and a desire to bring new ideas to the team
Good written and spoken English
