About the role
- Motion Designer responsible for creating strong motion-design and video assets for digital channels. Producing video content and collaborating in the creative team based in Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Design and execution: You create compelling motion design and video assets for digital channels and animate graphics, logos, and visuals.
- Content production: You produce short-form videos, podcasts, as well as photo and video content in our in-house studio, managing the entire motion design workflow and contributing fresh ideas.
- Print & digital: You implement campaign visuals, print materials, and trade show appearances professionally.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with our creative team to develop innovative ideas and drive the creative process.
- Project management: You manage your projects independently, keep deadlines in view, and work closely with our internal stakeholders.
- Photography: You skillfully stage people and subjects and enhance image material using your expertise in image editing.
Requirements
- Creative background: A degree in design or a comparable qualification — ideally with 3+ years of experience in graphic or motion design within an agency or an in-house design department.
- Digital expertise: Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and confident handling of camera and studio equipment.
- Content creation skills: Experience in motion design, video editing, photography, and producing social media clips.
- Video and audio: Very good knowledge of video and photography as well as audio/voiceover and optimizing audio quality for videos and films.
- Working style: You have a structured, independent approach to work, an eye for detail, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Appetite for innovation: Open to new tools and technologies — especially AI-assisted creative workflows.
- Design sensibility: A strong sense for aesthetics, typography, color, and modern visual trends. Experience creating illustrations and infographics is a plus.
