About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scenes
- Proactively identify dependencies and potential challenges
- Effectively communicate and advocate for the creative vision
- Create and maintain technical and design documentation
- Design and prototype exotic sequences and gameplay mechanics
- Adjust and refine scene flow directly within the engine
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Game Designer and at least one shipped title at an AA or AAA game development studio
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, rigor, and the ability to work autonomously
- Strong team player with the ability to promote design across other departments
- Willingness to challenge yourself and propose creative solutions and ideas
- Good command of English, both spoken and written, is required
