Responsibilities
Driving the sales planning and strategies for acquiring new clients to achieve regional growth targets
Cross-team collaboration to boost the growth of the region
Partner with marketing to support the development and execution of client focused marketing programs and sales materials
Develop privileged relationships with existing key accounts while acquiring new clients to broaden our market presence
Partner with the Client Success team to onboard new clients as appropriate
Work closely with the Managing Director, North Asia to enhance customer experience and drive the company's core value
Identify market trends and opportunities, providing valuable insights for product development and marketing strategies to our internal teams
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to leverage growth opportunities
Collaborate with brand and product development teams to ensure alignment with market needs
Travel within the region to meet clients, attend trade shows, and explore new business opportunities
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management
Requirements
Proven track record in a senior sales role within AdTech, MarTech, digital media, or programmatic advertising
Deep understanding of digital advertising and data-driven marketing, and expertise in direct client sales
Existing relationships with media agencies and brands, particularly in the Travel industry in Hong Kong
Strong commercial acumen with a history of driving revenue growth
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
A strategic mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach
Professional proficiency in English and business fluency in Mandarin (written, spoken, and for business negotiations)
