Responsibilities
Participate in the development of budgets/forecasts in conjunction with operational and functional departments
Analyze variances between actual and forecasted results
Track costs, control spending commitments, and monitor/steer business profitability
Implement various dashboards and performance indicators, and perform any financial analysis to measure and optimize the operational performance of the various teams
Participate in accounting closings, including reviewing analytical allocations for expenses and investments and monitoring the capitalization of R&D projects
Participate in grant projects: developing budgets, anticipating and monitoring expenses, and reporting financially to funding agencies
Prepare regular reports for management
Participate in the implementation of new financial management tools
Requirements
The candidate must hold a **Master’s degree in Finance/Financial Controlling** and at least 4 years of experience in the role, preferably in Tech/startup environments with an R&D and industrial components.
Excellent command of Excel and key data management and reporting tools (such as Power BI)
Proficiency with a financial modeling tool would be a plus.
Fluent in English
