About the role

Responsibilities
- Planning, building and operating modern infrastructure environments (on-premises, cloud, hybrid, Kubernetes)
- Supporting the development, maintenance and optimization of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Actions, ArgoCD, GitLab CI, GitHub or Jenkins)
- Analyzing complex business problems and developing appropriate IT solutions
- Advising on topics such as scalability, cost, security and architecture
- Responsibility for planning and implementing technical projects – from concept to delivery
Requirements
- Several years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, DevOps or system engineering
- Practical experience with container technologies (Kubernetes), Linux and CI/CD development
- Solid knowledge of networking technologies and server infrastructures as well as one cloud platform (Azure, AWS or GCP)
- Know-how in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
- Experience building highly available and geo-redundant architectures
- Ability to document complex technical content clearly and in a structured way
- Ability to explain technical topics in an understandable manner — both to developers and non-technical stakeholders
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Consultant mindset with the ability to work closely with clients
- Fluent in German and English (B2/C1)
