Responsibilities
Provide areas with the necessary inputs to develop action plans and follow up to ensure satisfaction and attainment of the established compliance requirements;
Establish and promote a Quality and Process culture within the company;
Implement internal control tools, continuous improvement practices and PDCA across operations;
Design workflows, processes and procedures using market-standard tools (Visio, Bizagi and others);
Report any non-conformities in the implemented processes;
Participate in meetings and trainings; deliver management presentations;
Work on innovation projects aimed at continuous improvement and learning;
Create and maintain indicators (KPIs), proposing automation plans via BI technologies;
Provide support to internal and external clients, handling remote or in-person service across varying levels of complexity;
Manage quality in the operations under your responsibility.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed);
Knowledge of IT best practices;
Basic knowledge of ITIL and COBIT;
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, PDCA, DMAIC, Six Sigma);
