About the role

  • Product Manager leading development and strategy for compliance reporting solutions at Qualifacts. Engaging key stakeholders and driving product positioning for enhanced market competitiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of compliance reporting products and solution plans
  • Analyze market insights, customer needs, and internal capabilities to optimize product roadmaps
  • Monitor competitive trends and develop strategies to strengthen the company’s competitive position
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key customers, state and federal stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders and as the first escalation point for risks and issues
  • Translate business requirements into epics and high‑level solution designs for assigned reporting initiatives
  • Collaborate with Marketing to support GTM planning, positioning, and launch execution

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with data analytics, state and federal reporting requirements—preferably in healthcare or behavioral healthcare
  • Strong understanding of behavioral healthcare operations, workflows, and regulatory frameworks
  • Depth of knowledge in data schemas, analytics, statistics, data science, or related fields
  • Proven ability to analyze complex or unusual circumstances and apply advanced problem‑solving techniques
