About the role

Responsibilities
- Perform follow-ups and update the service portfolio (work backlog) daily in coordination with the supervision/inspection team
- Conduct critical assessments, issuing schedules and taking immediate short-term actions as required
- Analyze and validate incoming requests, consolidating them into the service portfolio
- Knowledge of creating Orders and Suborders and maintenance notifications in SAP
- Propose appropriate WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) structures to support task tracking and schedule development
- Plan and consolidate the portfolio including all planning stages — procurement, fabrication, logistics, and offshore installation — for each task, coordinating project and procurement planning and validating deadlines and resources with executors
- Monitor and follow up on contractor execution activities, tracking new service entries, physical progress, and the follow-up of deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or any other Engineering discipline, provided the candidate holds project management qualifications (PMP or an MBA in Project Management or similar)
- MBA/postgraduate degree in Project Management or PMP certification
- Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office suite, and MS Project
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Hybrid work arrangement (3 days remote, 2 days in office)
