Responsibilities
- Réaliser un diagnostic de l’organisation actuelle des pièces de rechange.
- Analyser les flux, les stocks et les modes d’approvisionnement.
- Déployer une démarche 5S sur les zones de stockage et ateliers maintenance.
- Identifier et réduire les gaspillages (temps de recherche, surstock, ruptures…).
- Mettre en place des standards visuels et procédures Lean.
- Proposer des solutions d’optimisation logistique et organisationnelle.
- Définir et suivre des indicateurs de performance.
- Former et accompagner les équipes terrain dans la démarche Lean.
- Formaliser les bonnes pratiques et assurer la pérennité des actions.
Requirements
- Étudiant(e) en dernière année d’école d’ingénieur (Génie Industriel, Production, Logistique ou équivalent)
- Connaissance souhaitée des normes ISO9001 et 14001
- Une première expérience idéalement dans la maintenance de véhicules industriels, bus ou cars serait un plus
- Vous appréciez la polyvalence et les missions à dominante technique terrain très variées
- Votre rigueur, autonomie et esprit analytique couplé à une approche terrain avec de bonne capacité à accompagner le changement seront une force pour faire de votre stage une réussite
- À l’aise avec les outils informatiques et les ERP
- Titulaire du permis B souhaité.
