Responsibilities
Contribute to and implement learning strategies that support business objectives;
Partner with Business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify learning and development needs across Qualco Group aligned with business priorities.
Lead the design, development, and budgeting of the Annual Learning Plan.
Manage the end-to-end learning vendor lifecycle, including vendor selection, cost negotiation, and contract management.
Ensure the successful delivery and impact of learning programs, focusing on quality, relevance, and effectiveness.
Ensure alignment between learning initiatives and the Learning Portal strategy in collaboration with the L&D team.
Contribute to the internal design and delivery of learning programs, as well as succession planning and leadership development initiatives, in partnership with the L&D Head.
Ensure learning initiatives support talent development, performance improvement, and organizational capability building.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through learning interventions;
Ensures that all initiatives are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and as indicated by the Group’s Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Training and Development, or related field; and MSc would be an asset;
5 years of experience in Learning & Development or capability building roles;
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills;
Experience with digital learning platforms and instructional design;
Experience with learning technologies and digital content creation tools;
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret learning analytics;
Ability to build trust and influence across levels and functions;
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
