About the role

  • Learning Partner at Qualco Group driving learning strategies and managing educational initiatives. Empowering teams to thrive through effective learning and capability building.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and implement learning strategies that support business objectives;
  • Partner with Business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify learning and development needs across Qualco Group aligned with business priorities.
  • Lead the design, development, and budgeting of the Annual Learning Plan.
  • Manage the end-to-end learning vendor lifecycle, including vendor selection, cost negotiation, and contract management.
  • Ensure the successful delivery and impact of learning programs, focusing on quality, relevance, and effectiveness.
  • Ensure alignment between learning initiatives and the Learning Portal strategy in collaboration with the L&D team.
  • Contribute to the internal design and delivery of learning programs, as well as succession planning and leadership development initiatives, in partnership with the L&D Head.
  • Ensure learning initiatives support talent development, performance improvement, and organizational capability building.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through learning interventions;
  • Ensures that all initiatives are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and as indicated by the Group’s Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Training and Development, or related field; and MSc would be an asset;
  • 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or capability building roles;
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills;
  • Experience with digital learning platforms and instructional design;
  • Experience with learning technologies and digital content creation tools;
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret learning analytics;
  • Ability to build trust and influence across levels and functions;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
  • Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
