HR Business Partner contributing to service delivery of HR services at Qualco Group. Partnering with business leaders to enhance employee development and compliance with internal policies.
Responsibilities
Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support aligned with business goals;
Support day-to-day HR operations and workforce planning, including hiring needs and payroll budgeting;
Coordinate and participate in recruitment and interview processes;
Support annual bonus calculations and monitor HR budget;
Oversee the performance management cycle, including calibration meetings;
Support employee development initiatives and the Annual Learning Plan (ALP;)
Assess training needs and support training implementation;
Drive employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and exit interviews;
Contribute to HR policies, systems, and continuous improvement initiatives;
Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies;
Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field;
At least 5 years of experience in HRBP/HR Generalist roles;
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including C-level interaction;
Proven ability to resolve HR matters and coach line managers;
Understanding of payroll, budgeting, and outsourced personnel management;
Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR metrics/KPIs;
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable;
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
