About the role

  • Performance Marketing Manager driving customer acquisition for Qonto in the Netherlands through digital campaigns. Overseeing substantial budgets while working in a flexible and autonomous role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid search and social media campaigns (primarily Meta, with TikTok/Snapchat) to drive direct customer acquisition.
  • Achieve ambitious growth targets, helping Qonto to grow in the Dutch market.
  • Oversee a large budget, focusing heavily on efficiency and reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Collaborate closely with the Netherlands tribe on strategy and with central teams (Design, Growth Ops) for creative assets, tracking, and data analysis.
  • Explore and potentially manage media awareness and programmatic campaigns to further support the market's growth.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Search Marketing (managing significant budgets)
  • Mastery of Social Media Marketing (especially Meta; TikTok/Snapchat is a plus)
  • Dutch language skills to a C2 level
  • Fluent in English
  • A true 'startup mindset' with high autonomy and flexibility
  • Comfortable managing multiple channels and adapting strategy as the market evolves
  • Strong interest in Fintech and ambition to build a career in this industry (previous Fintech experience is valuable but not required).
