Responsibilities

- Acting as the senior technical advisor during high-stakes sales pursuits, partnering with the sales team to design innovative, scalable, and data-driven solutions.
- Leading and mentoring a community of senior architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation specific to the Retail industry.
- Building and maintaining C-suite relationships with client CTOs, CIOs, and Heads of Digital, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Driving the Qodea innovation agenda within the Retail sector, ensuring our teams are operating at the frontier of technology to solve problems that "don't even have answers yet."
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in the Retail sector, with a deep understanding of its unique technical, commercial, and customer-centric challenges.
- Extensive experience operating as a senior technical authority (e.g., Principal Architect, Director) on large-scale, complex technology programs.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering transformative solutions in areas such as e-commerce platforms, customer data/personalization, supply chain, or martech.
- Demonstrable experience in C-suite advisory, acting as a trusted technical partner to CTOs, CIOs, and senior business leaders.
