Responsibilities
Setting the technical strategy for our Retail portfolio, guiding clients on large-scale transformation in areas like digital commerce, customer data platforms (CDP), supply chain optimization, and AI-driven personalization.
Acting as the senior technical advisor during high-stakes sales pursuits, partnering with the sales team to design innovative, scalable, and data-driven solutions.
Leading and mentoring a community of senior architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation specific to the Retail industry.
Building and maintaining C-suite relationships with client CTOs, CIOs, and Heads of Digital, acting as their trusted advisor.
Driving the Qodea innovation agenda within the Retail sector, ensuring our teams are operating at the frontier of technology to solve problems that "don't even have answers yet."
Requirements
Demonstrable experience in the Retail sector, with a deep understanding of its unique technical, commercial, and customer-centric challenges.
Extensive experience operating as a senior technical authority (e.g., Principal Architect, Director) on large-scale, complex technology programs.
Proven track record of designing and delivering transformative solutions in areas such as e-commerce platforms, customer data/personalization, supply chain, or martech.
Demonstrable experience in C-suite advisory, acting as a trusted technical partner to CTOs, CIOs, and senior business leaders.
