About the role

Responsibilities
- Monitoring markets and developing innovative credit card products
- Maintaining existing product portfolios
- Analyzing and preparing key metrics to manage the product portfolio

- Informing colleagues about product developments, regulatory requirements and trends in payments
- Acting as a liaison between the market and technology teams
- Preparing management presentations and reports

Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification (e.g., bank apprenticeship with an additional business qualification, training in digitalization management)
- Initial professional experience in product or project management
- Experience within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe (savings banks group) is an advantage
- Enthusiasm for the payments area, current trends and technical innovations around cashless payments
- Strong technical and process-oriented understanding
- Creativity, commitment and the ability to work independently
- Enjoyment of working in a high-performing team
- Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting
- Excellent skills in MS Office applications
- Fluent German (C2) and good English (B2).
