Responsibilities
Leading projects through all stages of the project life cycle, from Requirement Analysis to Change Management.
Actively communicating and collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Coordinating project teams and mentoring junior colleagues in your area of expertise.
Engaging in new business development activities, including up-selling on current projects and creating offerings for new opportunities.
Utilizing your strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies to ensure project success.
Applying your expertise in business processes within Finance & Banking.
Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, preferably within a multinational or local firm.
Proven track record in delivering technology-driven projects.
Proven experience with business processes in the Finance & Banking.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Fluent in English and either Czech or Slovak.
