About the role

  • Global SCM & Regional E2E Manager managing supply chain processes and team for Actylis. Collaborating with regional leaders to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for and optimize Order-to-Cash and Planning/Delivery/Production processes
  • Act as the primary supply chain point of contact for Sales and Customers
  • Drive customer service performance, including on-time in full delivery (OTIF)
  • Lead inventory planning and optimization
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration with Customer Service, Logistics, Warehousing, and Billing
  • Monitor, analyze, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Serve as the first escalation point for operational and inventory issues
  • Lead, develop, and engage a regional operations team
  • Set clear objectives and employee development plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5 to 8 years of operational experience in Logistics, Customer Service, or Supply Chain Planning
  • Proven experience in supply chain data analysis
  • Experience in team management or transactional management
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems (Sage is an asset), planning tools, and advanced Excel
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Comfortable in an international environment, with good knowledge of Incoterms and tactical and operational management
