Responsibilities
Be responsible for and optimize Order-to-Cash and Planning/Delivery/Production processes
Act as the primary supply chain point of contact for Sales and Customers
Drive customer service performance, including on-time in full delivery (OTIF)
Lead inventory planning and optimization
Ensure cross-functional collaboration with Customer Service, Logistics, Warehousing, and Billing
Monitor, analyze, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs)
Serve as the first escalation point for operational and inventory issues
Lead, develop, and engage a regional operations team
Set clear objectives and employee development plans
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
5 to 8 years of operational experience in Logistics, Customer Service, or Supply Chain Planning
Proven experience in supply chain data analysis
Experience in team management or transactional management
Strong proficiency in ERP systems (Sage is an asset), planning tools, and advanced Excel
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
Comfortable in an international environment, with good knowledge of Incoterms and tactical and operational management
