About the role

  • Manager providing legal and tax advisory services related to the global minimum tax (Pillar II) at PwC. Leading the preparation of tax calculations and ensuring compliance across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

  • Providing professional services related to fulfilling the requirements of the global minimum tax (Pillar II)
  • Substantive supervision over the preparation of Pillar II calculations (GloBE income/loss)
  • Supervision over the preparation of IIR/QDMTT calculations and local declarations/returns in all jurisdictions where the Group is required to report
  • Further development of the process to ensure compliance with Pillar 2 regulations
  • Substantive supervision in the analysis/calculation of transitional safe harbours to eliminate qualifying jurisdictions from the global minimum tax calculations
  • Coordination of work between the teams involved in the project implementation

Requirements

  • University degree in law, taxation, economics, finance, or accounting
  • At least 5 years of experience in a tax department and in-depth knowledge of Tax Compliance (ideally also in the Pillar II area)
  • OR at least 5 years of experience as an auditor with expertise in consolidation
  • Ability to prepare CIT and/or deferred tax calculations
  • Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level
  • Strong communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Team spirit and enthusiasm combined with assertiveness
  • Well-organized, proactive, and committed
  • Experience in project management and solid MS Office skills
  • Willingness to use new technologies and eagerness to learn them
  • Professional title of Tax Advisor (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages (nice to have)
