Responsibilities
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for Uber Eats, managing communication and alignment with partner teams
Support development and execution of channel strategy, contributing insights and recommendations to optimize performance
Own co-marketing initiatives, including budget tracking, campaign briefings, and coordination with internal Marketing and Creative teams
Partner with Media to integrate Uber Eats initiatives into broader marketing plans and calendar moments
Lead and support joint business planning efforts, including quarterly business reviews and performance updates
Negotiate and support commercial terms, contracts and partnership agreements
Monitor and analyze channel performance, providing actionable insights to inform strategy and drive growth
Collaborate with internal Tech and Ops teams on platform enhancements and issue resolution
Coordinate and execute Uber Eats-specific tests, tracking results and identifying opportunities for optimization
Ensure Uber Eats initiatives are aligned with internal business priorities, timelines, and cross-functional objectives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
4–6 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, digital commerce, or account management
Experience managing or supporting external partners, with a track record of building strong relationships
Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging data to inform strategy and measure performance
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
