- understanding of the transformation opportunities and constraints unique to health and social care
- ability to leverage AI to accelerate EPR delivery
- comfortable developing requirements across process, people, organisation, technology and data to support EPR transformation
- ability to articulate the tangible benefits of digital and data technologies in healthcare
- successful track record of leadership in healthcare
