About the role

Responsibilities
- Drive and manage the execution of transformation programs, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Manage day-to-day operations within Business Application team.
- Manage local IT Budget and Control
- End to end project management for developing strategies and implementing IT applications to support business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies by technology.
- Perform initial business analysis in conjunction with the Business and BizTX and prepare recommendations and business plans as needed.
- Monitor and track program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer science, or related fields.
- 10 years of experience in complex project or program management
- Proven records in in SAP, or large-scale ERP and its system Integration Implementation.
- Strong technical skills in Ms. SQL, System Integrations and Database Management.
- Knowledge of e-Commerce, website, digital experiences is a plus.
- Proven IT Program or Project Management skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and engage stakeholders.
- Strong resilience and agility with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in consulting and leading application projects within FMCG would be highly desirable.
- Flexible to occasionally work outside working time zone when required.
