Responsibilities
You plan, set up, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Instagram, from initial concept through ongoing performance optimization
You analyze campaign data, identify optimization opportunities, and turn them into concrete recommendations
You create reports that help clients move forward — clear, easy to understand, and aligned with their business goals
You work closely with the influencer and creative teams to ensure paid and organic efforts work together seamlessly
You actively contribute to pitches and client presentations and provide consulting on paid social strategies
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in paid social, preferably in an agency or high-growth environment
Deep knowledge of Meta Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, with an understanding of full-funnel campaign strategy
Strong creative instincts and familiarity with which formats and hooks perform best on each platform
Experience with influencer whitelisting or creator ads is a strong plus
Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
