About the role

  • Paid Media Manager overseeing paid media across WorkNest brands. Managing significant spend across key markets to support growth in leads and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of paid media across WorkNest and its sub-brands
  • Manage c.£250k per month in paid media spend across the UK, USA, and Germany
  • Drive continued growth in leads and revenue
  • Work closely with marketing, sales and wider stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns
  • Strong B2B paid media experience
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio
  • Relevant certifications, such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Marketing Labs
