About the role

  • Manage performance marketing analytics and campaign optimization for media clients across multiple channels. Provide insights and strategic recommendations based on data analysis and client collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Continuous learning and insights into campaign performance for clients
  • Experience with CpX analysis to optimize campaigns
  • Support in budget attribution across placements and channels
  • Development of hypothesis-driven optimization tests
  • Definition of a robust and sustainable data structure across all campaign data sources
  • Independently explore advanced data options and analytical methods
  • Project management within the scope of responsibilities
  • Direct client contact and advisory role in providing recommendations

Requirements

  • Professional experience in performance analytics (ideally with agency experience)
  • Strong knowledge of media and performance marketing KPIs
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to independently organize and interpret datasets from various sources
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python (preferred)
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in direct client interactions
  • High willingness to learn and curiosity about new analytical methods and tools
  • High level of autonomy, proactive approach, and structured working style
  • Very good German language skills
