Responsibilities
Continuous learning and insights into campaign performance for clients
Experience with CpX analysis to optimize campaigns
Support in budget attribution across placements and channels
Development of hypothesis-driven optimization tests
Definition of a robust and sustainable data structure across all campaign data sources
Independently explore advanced data options and analytical methods
Project management within the scope of responsibilities
Direct client contact and advisory role in providing recommendations
Requirements
Professional experience in performance analytics (ideally with agency experience)
Strong knowledge of media and performance marketing KPIs
Strong analytical skills
Ability to independently organize and interpret datasets from various sources
Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python (preferred)
Data-driven mindset
Ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations
Strong communication skills and confidence in direct client interactions
High willingness to learn and curiosity about new analytical methods and tools
High level of autonomy, proactive approach, and structured working style
Very good German language skills
