Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end influencer and social campaigns for our clients, from creative ideation to execution and delivery
Develop platform-native concepts for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels, applying AI tools to enhance creator sourcing, content strategy, and workflow efficiency
Serve as a key partner for clients and external stakeholders, including ownership of event planning and on-site management
Analyse performance data, identify trends, and deliver clear, insight-driven reporting internally and externally
Collaborate with senior leadership to evolve the strategic direction, processes, and innovation roadmap of the Influencer Marketing department
Requirements
3 - 4 years of experience in social media, including at least 1–2 years in influencer marketing
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into compelling stories and strategic recommendations
Excellent project management capabilities, paired with a hands-on and solution-oriented attitude
Team-oriented, resilient, and motivated by new challenges and opportunities
Curiosity for emerging technologies and AI solutions that enhance creativity and operational efficiency
French speaking is a plus
