Salesforce Developer responsible for developing and customizing solutions on the Salesforce platform. Ensuring they meet business needs and provide excellent user experiences at PUCPR.
Responsibilities
Develop and customize applications and solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud);
Create and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components (LWC), and Flows;
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or native integration tools;
Analyze business requirements and propose efficient technical solutions;
Ensure code quality, development best practices, and proper documentation;
Participate in code reviews, testing, and post-deployment support;
Support the maintenance and updating of flows, automated processes, and reports;
Follow project communication channels and information governance for projects and requests.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field;
Proven experience as a Salesforce developer or working on Salesforce projects;
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow;
Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Marketing Cloud is a plus;
Experience with integrations via REST/SOAP APIs;
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
Salesforce certifications (Developer, Platform Developer I/II) are a plus.
