About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for acquiring and developing business clients for DPT - Deutsche Prüftechnik GmbH. Engaging with customers through the sales process and collaborating with the sales manager for success.

Responsibilities

  • You are primarily responsible for acquiring, retaining, and strategically developing our business clients
  • From the initial phone contact through to contract conclusion, you are the primary sales contact for your clients
  • In close cooperation and ongoing exchange with our Sales Manager, you contribute to the success of our team
  • You bring your ideas and expertise into cross-location and cross-functional projects at headquarters, actively shaping the future of our company

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
  • At least two years of experience in selling services in the DGUV environment (German Social Accident Insurance) or in technical services
  • Willingness to travel regionally
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written
  • Passion for sales, strong negotiation skills, independent working style, and a personable, confident manner
  • Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems
  • Driving license class B (car)
