Responsibilities
Monitor purchases, orders and deliveries of new vehicles
Administrative management of new vehicle files (invoicing, payments, receivables)
Coordinate with sales advisors, the dealership network and external service providers
Organize delivery schedules and delivery documentation
Manage financing, warranties, loans and manufacturer incentives
Vehicle registrations (SIV and "PV des Mines" conformity certificates) and accessories tracking
Data entry, filing and tracking of administrative documents
Schedule customer appointments
Requirements
