Responsibilities
Support of the entire sales process, in particular:
As part of sales preparation: preparation and organization of property sales (privatizations, developer sales, land/plots)
Preparation and review of property documentation and creation of digital sales files
Coordination with brokers/real estate agents, notaries and internal specialist departments
Preparation and review of contractual documents; attendance at notarizations
Monitoring of the sales process
As part of post-sales: commercial processing after contract signing through to title transfer
Communication with buyers, brokers, notaries and internal departments
Monitoring incoming purchase payments and receivables management
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as a Real Estate Clerk/Agent, Legal and Notary Assistant, or in a comparable field
Solid knowledge of MS Office and confident use of SAP
Very good written and spoken German
Strong team skills, customer orientation, excellent communication skills, solution-oriented work style and analytical thinking
