Responsibilities
- Understand program goals and contribute building components, process and sequence
- Analyze data to develop accurate reports and summaries
- Assists in developing professional and polished artifacts (roadmaps, portfolio updates etc.) to engage our stakeholders
- Support in organizing and running scaled agile events - quarterly portfolio planning and monthly portfolio review events
- Help with the development of new procedures and policies to streamline processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience with project or program management is crucial
- Ability to lead independently with minimal guidance
- Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Knowledge of business concepts, tools and processes needed for making sound decisions
- Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an ongoing basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges
- Applied experience with several of the following: Proven understanding of a business line or functional area
- Problem Solving – deep knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving interpersonal, operational or process problems
