About the role

  • Account Manager developing and managing customer relationships in merchandise solutions at PROWERB. Focused on strategic consulting and project management for diverse clientele in Dortmund.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a dedicated client portfolio — from mid-sized companies to large corporations
  • Proactively acquire new customers
  • Provide strategic consulting on promotional product solutions
  • Develop creative concepts together with clients
  • Manage projects — from inquiry through to final delivery
  • Act as a liaison between clients, purchasing, production and logistics
  • Responsible for revenue, budget and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or university degree — ideally with a focus on sales, marketing or communications
  • Several years of experience in account management or B2B sales — preferably in an agency, retail or service environment
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Good English language skills
