About the role

  • Provider Contracts Analyst managing healthcare employment agreements and tracking regulations. Responsible for contract creation, maintenance, and database management within the Providence Clinical Network.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating, editing, customizing and updating provider employment agreements.
  • Responsible for creating new provider contracts, addendums and renewals.
  • Assists in tracking and researching provider regulations.
  • Assists in the ongoing maintenance and future user development of the contract database.
  • Maintains contract data content in contract database.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration or Associate's Degree with 4 years experience.
  • 3 years experience in Healthcare Administration, equivalent aspects of healthcare or related industry.
  • 2 years experience with legal contracts, provider compensation or medical group practices (preferred).
  • 2 years background in communications and writing of contracts (preferred).
