About the role

  • Account Executive responsible for acquiring B2B clients for ProvenExpert, enhancing online reputation through customer feedback and reviews.

Responsibilities

  • You are our first mover with potential new customers and proactively convince them of the benefits of working with ProvenExpert.
  • You conduct initial conversations, quickly identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions — by phone, video call, at events or through direct contact.
  • You independently manage the entire sales cycle — from outreach and contract negotiation to handover to the Customer Success team.

Requirements

  • Experience in new customer acquisition in the B2B sector, ideally with SaaS products
  • Familiarity with SPIN Selling and conducting discovery calls
  • Strong consulting skills, self-responsibility and a focus on closing deals
  • You enjoy working with people, communicate persuasively and present yourself confidently at all organizational levels
  • Very good German and English skills complete your profile.
