About the role

  • Sales Representative persuading faculty to adopt FlatWorld textbooks and digital products in higher education. Managing relationships and driving new business growth in the territory.

Responsibilities

  • Persuading faculty in your territory to adopt FlatWorld textbooks
  • Creating and updating account information using Salesforce
  • Searching College and University websites for teaching assignments and faculty information
  • Following up with instructors through email, calls, and video conferencing
  • Demoing FlatWorld’s assessment platform using a consultative sales methodology
  • Working with instructors and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition for students

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four year college or university

  • Ability to forge relationships internally and externally
  • Ability to work with and maintain a sense of urgency
