Responsibilities
With a strong commercial mindset, the Department Manager oversees one or more areas, optimizing their operation (sales, administration, management) under the authority of the Store Director, aiming for the highest customer satisfaction.
You are responsible for procurement, merchandising, and commercial activity within your area.
You are accountable for achieving quantitative objectives (turnover, management results) and qualitative objectives (audits, customer satisfaction), in compliance with the PROVENCIA Group's commercial policy, while controlling costs and following procedures.
You ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service.
You are responsible for leading and organizing your team's activities (5 department managers), in line with the PROVENCIA Group's HR policy.
You contribute to the overall running of the store.
You may be required to assist the Store Director.
Requirements
You have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.
You are a team-builder and have strong management skills.
You demonstrate rigor and strong organizational skills.
You are responsive and able to maintain perspective.
