About the role

Responsibilities

  • Commercially minded and a natural manager
  • Coach, unite, and develop your team members' skills
  • Manage the overall operations of your department(s) under the authority of the Store Director
  • Responsible for ordering and stock management, maintaining the department, and driving commercial activity in your area
  • Ensure the achievement of quantitative and qualitative targets
  • Responsible for coordinating and organizing your team's activities (3–4 people)
