About the role

  • Sales Consultant for construction profiles providing customer consultation and relationship management in southeastern Germany. Responsible for achieving sales targets and executing strategic outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Support and advise customers in the building materials trade
  • Maintain and expand strong customer relationships
  • Acquire new customers
  • Ensure a presence with specialist retailers through coordinated market development
  • Maintain contacts with product applicators (e.g., plasterers)
  • Responsible for own sales and profitability targets
  • Manage and oversee sales processes
  • Contribute to technical consultation for specialist companies and clients issuing tenders
  • Participate in trade fairs and customer events
  • Conduct training sessions and sales promotion activities

Requirements

  • Completed commercial, vocational, or technical training
  • Some experience in the building materials trade or building materials industry
  • Sales-driven personality with a confident and persuasive manner
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in all MS Office programs
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • Fluent German, written and spoken
