Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of practical work experience
- 3+ years of technical recruiting, sourcing, or related experience
- Experience recruiting or sourcing for security and/or machine learning engineering teams
- Experience working at a fast-paced agency or tech start up
- Experience hiring for hard-to-fill positions
- Experience developing and/or improving interview processes alongside business leaders
