About the role

  • Business Analyst supporting the implementation of government digital solutions in transport and logistics. Gathering requirements and ensuring compliance with software development standards.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for software development
  • Describe requirements using use-case–based specifications
  • Create wireframes and user flow diagrams
  • Maintain and manage the product backlog
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation (technical specifications, solution design documents, user manuals)
  • Conduct presentations and demos for stakeholders and clients
  • Participate in software testing to ensure compliance with acceptance criteria and requirements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or a related role
  • Proven experience in requirements documentation using use-case methodology
  • Strong technical understanding of system design, including software architecture, databases, and APIs
  • Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or higher)
  • English level sufficient for reading and understanding technical documentation
