About the role
- Business Analyst supporting the implementation of government digital solutions in transport and logistics. Gathering requirements and ensuring compliance with software development standards.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for software development
- Describe requirements using use-case–based specifications
- Create wireframes and user flow diagrams
- Maintain and manage the product backlog
- Prepare and maintain project documentation (technical specifications, solution design documents, user manuals)
- Conduct presentations and demos for stakeholders and clients
- Participate in software testing to ensure compliance with acceptance criteria and requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or a related role
- Proven experience in requirements documentation using use-case methodology
- Strong technical understanding of system design, including software architecture, databases, and APIs
- Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or higher)
- English level sufficient for reading and understanding technical documentation
