Responsibilities
- You don’t just write code — you create the technical foundation that enables people to organize their care effortlessly.
- In a state-of-the-art environment you build bridges between complex systems and ensure our internal processes run as efficiently as possible.
- You develop and maintain high-performance backend services in Golang that remain stable under load.
- Following an API-first approach, you design and document (Swagger/OpenAPI) modern interfaces (REST, GraphQL, SOAP) that connect our services seamlessly.
- You are the architect for our integrations — whether internal power tools like Salesforce or critical external systems such as emergency dispatch centers.
- You design future-proof data models and system components that form the basis for smooth operations.
- As part of an agile team (SAFe), you actively participate in planning events, reviews and retrospectives to continuously improve our software and ways of working.
Requirements
- A completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a comparable field provides your theoretical foundation.
- You have several years of backend experience with a clear focus on development in Golang.
- You are confident working with Kubernetes & Docker.
- Ideally, you already have experience with Google Cloud and NoSQL databases.
- You are proficient with Git and JIRA.
- Agile working methods (ideally SAFe) are an integral part of your way of working.
- Cloud certifications are a welcome plus but not a requirement.
- You are business-fluent in German and have very good English skills, both written and spoken.
